ABOUT HEATHER GREAVES:
Heather Greaves, Certified Yoga Therapist received her yoga teacher certification from the Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto in 1998 and in 2005 she completed Integrative Yoga Therapy’s (IYT) Professional Yoga Therapist program. Heather is also certified as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and a Yoga Therapist.
She is the owner of Body Therapies Yoga Training, a school registered with Yoga Alliance since 2005. She is the lead instructor on the 200 and 300 hour certification programs, and started as an affiliate of IYT.
As a self care mentor, Heather uses her specialized knowledge and experience in therapeutic yoga and meditation to coach honing the body/mind/spirit connection. Her train the trainer programs increase self mastery skills and are gentle and healing.
Introduction to Stress Resilience and Chronic Pain Management through Yoga and Somatics
This 6-week program offers 90-minute sessions designed to help participants build resilience, manage chronic pain, and develop a deeper awareness of how unrecognized stress affects their well-being. Through yoga, somatic movement, breathing techniques, and mindfulness, participants will learn practical tools to enhance self-care and support long-term wellness.

- Time: 6:30 pm – 8 pm
- Fee: $90.00 for the full 6-week program
- Location: 754 Barton EastParticipants are encouraged to sign up for the entire program to receive the full benefits.
- Classes are held on MONDAYS.
