Join us for Hamilton’s Emancipation Day Celebration

The Afro Canadian Caribbean Association (ACCA) invites you to join us for an inspiring evening as we commemorate Emancipation Day with a thoughtfully curated celebration that honours our past, celebrates our present, and looks toward the future.

This year’s theme, We Are Our Ancestors’ Wildest Dreams, reminds us that the freedoms, opportunities, and achievements we enjoy today are rooted in the courage, resilience, and sacrifices of those who came before us. It also asks an important question: What legacy are we creating for those who will follow?

Whether you are attending for the first time or have celebrated Emancipation Day with us before, this promises to be an evening of reflection, inspiration, connection, and pride.

Admission is free, but registration is encouraged.
